The museum is open every day. From September to June it opens at 9:30 and closes at 17:30, with last entry at 15:30. In July and August it closes at 18:30, with last entry at 16:30. There is no time limit for the visit.

How long does the visit take?
About 2 hours. There is no fixed route and no time limit, so children can go back to the rooms they like. Allow more time if you come with very small children.
Can we eat inside?
Not in the rooms: food and drinks are only allowed at the cafe next to the Splash! playground. There are free lockers, and the keys are at the cash desk of the gift shop.
What are the rules?
Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult, and they cannot be left alone. You cannot go out and come back in. Pets are not allowed and smoking is forbidden, even on the terraces. Amateur photos and videos are fine, under your responsibility for the children you take with you.
